Network Cabling Toronto
Network cabling in Toronto offices, stores, restaurants and new builds: Cat6 drops to every desk, till, camera and access point, ending in a tidy rack. Every cable is labelled at both ends, tested and marked on a drawing you keep, so the next IT person knows exactly what goes where.
Network cabling starts at $179 + HST per drop.

What we install
- Cat6 or Cat6A drops to desks, tills, printers, phones, cameras, door readers and Wi-Fi access points.
- Patch panels, racks or wall cabinets, with short patch cords and proper cable management.
- Cable hung on supports above the ceiling, never lying across the tiles.
- FT6-rated cable in ceiling spaces used for air return, as the code requires.
- Spare drops where you are likely to grow, which cost far less now than later.
Cat6 or Cat6A?
Cat6 carries gigabit to every desk and 10 gigabit over shorter runs, up to about 55 metres. Cat6A carries 10 gigabit over the full 100 metres and handles the power newer Wi-Fi access points draw, so we recommend it for new builds and anything you plan to keep for ten years or more.
Cleaning up an existing mess
Many offices have a closet full of unlabelled cable nobody wants to touch. We trace and label every run, pull out dead cable, re-terminate the patch panel and hand you a drawing of what is there. It usually fixes the slow or dropping connections at the same time.
Moves and build-outs
Call us before the drywall and ceilings close. Running cable through open walls is quicker and cheaper, and we work around the electrician and general contractor so nothing gets buried. The same visit can rough in forbusiness Wi-Fi installation, anIP camera system andaccess control. Per-drop starting prices sit with our other prices in theinstallation cost guide.
